Our history
Premier Field Development, Inc. was formed in November of 2003 and has earned a reputation highly regarded by architects, as well as project owners.
Key personnel
Chris Kasch
PresidentChris has over 40 years of experience specializing in synthetic turf and natural grass athletic fields, first as an employee, then as a business owner. He is highly recognized as an expert in all phases of construction, including permeable surfaces, vertically draining base materials and subsurface drainage systems. Fields are constructed using laser guided equipment to the required extremely tight tolerance.
Dave Rice
Estimator/Project Manager, LEED APDave joined Premier Field in 2010 and is a LEED accredited professional. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Construction Management.
He oversees the management of projects through technical expertise, partnering with clients, architects and subcontractors to streamline construction activities to remain on schedule and oversees company-wide safety.
Jim Gray
Estimator/Project ManagerJim joined Premier Fields in August of 2012 and his 40 years of experience have prepared him well for his role here.
His duties include analyzing plans, preparing bid proposals, scheduling subcontractors and suppliers, scheduling and managing projects, organizing crew and preconstruction meetings with clients or contractors.
Ron Beckman
SuperintendentRon has been a member of the Premier Fields team since 2005. Along with overseeing projects, he also manages Premier’s heavy equipment yard and shop. His vast array of mechanical knowledge and organizational skills has been a vital part of our Premier team.
Daryn Kasch
SuperintendentDaryn has a BS in Business Administration from Central Washington University. He worked at Premier while attending high school and college; he joined the team full time upon graduation from college in 2015.
Janelle Kasch
Business Operations Manager, MGMJanelle joined Premier full time in 2022 bringing her contract expertise from her previous corporate roll. Janelle is responsible for project oversite, contract enforcement and administration, as well as accounting.
She holds a BS in Clinical Physiology from Central Washington University and a Masters in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University.
Leelan (LJ) Stadin
SuperintendentLJ joined us full-time in 2020 after working on various Premier projects with his dad, the late Jamie Stadin. He’s been working as a site Superintendent since early 2022 and has become an asset in his own right in the construction of athletic fields.
As site superintendent his duties include general supervision, coordination of subcontractors, labor, material, and equipment as well as monitoring quality control and safety.
Nate Lane
SuperintendentNate joined Premier in early 2023, bringing over 20 years of experience in the industry. He holds his CESCL Certification along with many other accreditations and has become a pivotal part of our team.
As site superintendent his duties include general supervision, coordination of subcontractors, labor, material, and equipment along with monitoring quality control and safety.
Damon Anderson
SuperintendentDamon joined Premier in 2017. He has acquired a valuable skill set and become an integral part in overseeing various field projects while still being a team player. Damon has a ‘can-do’ attitude and great problem-solving skills which keeps projects moving smoothly.
As site superintendent his duties include general supervision, coordination of subcontractors, labor, material, and equipment along with monitoring quality control and safety.
