Chris Kasch, President

Chris has over 35 years of experience specializing in synthetic turf and natural grass athletic fields, first as an employee, then as a business owner. He is highly recognized as an expert in all phases of construction, including permeable surfaces, vertically draining base materials and subsurface drainage systems. Fields are constructed using laser guided equipment to the required extremely tight tolerance.

Jim GrayEstimator/Project Manager

Jim joined Premier Fields in August of 2012.

His 30 years of experience have prepared him well for his duties, which include analyzing plans, preparing bid proposals, scheduling subcontractors and suppliers, scheduling and managing projects, organizing crew and preconstruction meetings with clients or contractors.

Dave RiceEstimator/Project Manager, LEED AP

Dave joined Premier Field in 2010 and is a LEED accredited professional. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Construction Management.

He oversees the management of projects through technical expertise, partnering with clients, architects and subcontractors to streamline construction activities to remain on schedule and oversees company-wide safety.

Julie GeddesContract Administrator/Accounting

Julie has been with Premier since 2003 though she has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years.

She is responsible for accounting, contract administration and is knowledgeable in all business aspects of construction.

Daryn KaschSuperintendent

Daryn has a BS in Business Administration from Central Washington University. He worked at Premier while attending high school and college; he joined the team full time upon graduation from college in 2015.

Kyle BehlaSuperintendent

Kyle has a BS in Construction Management from Central Washington University and joined Premier as a full-time team member in 2015.

Jamie StadinSuperintendent

Jamie has been a dedicated employee ever since he joined Premier in 2008. Specializing in the mobilization and operation of equipment, he's a crucial part of the construction process.

Ron BeckmanSuperintendent

Ron has been a valuable member of the Premier Fields team since 2005. As a Site Equipment Specialist, he plays a vital role in the construction process.
